FreeRTOS samples enhancement

Some point that could be check to lighten freertos samples

  • Remove applicative part and complete samples/embedded to suupport FreeRTOS build.
  • A way to automatically get the pointer size and store it in constant SOPC_PTR_SIZE
  • Verify that sopc_toolkit_build_info.c and sopc_common_build_info.c are both necessary
  • Verify that peripherals.* and pin_mux.* are different from SDK generated files
  • Same for files clock_config.*
