Service fault with OK status code
In the case were the server cannot allocate a response message, it may send a service fault message with an OK status, as found in the review portion below.

. If I am interpreting well it is possible to return e_sc_ok in a service fault message here which makes no sense. I guess it was the original behavior but it should be fixed, we might create an issue to close this thread if you confirm my understanding and treat it in another MR.
