RFE: UEFI Secure Boot

If UEFI Secure Boot is enabled, systemrescuecd-6.0.3.iso Linux dd'd (or Rufus-3.6.1551 ISO Image mode) to a USB flash drive will fail to boot. Disabling Secure Boot will enable GRUB 2.02 to run and list the two "Boot SystemRescueCd . . ." options.

It should run with Secure Boot enabled.
