Remove rclone binary from the initramfs

The rclone binary has appeared in the initramfs between SR-10.03-beta005 and SR-10.03-beta006. This binary takes 79MB and this causes a substantial increase in the size of the initramfs (from 53MB to 74MB) and ISO image.
