Add thunar-archive-plugin

thunar-archive-plugin, small and useful plugin for Thunar:

It works with included Xarchiver.

Also, I think we can remove xfce4-battery-plugin. xfce4-power-manager, part of xfce4 group, already includes a panel plugin with same functionality:
