Add section in kubevirt doc about how to restrict VMs from running on control plane nodes

In production environments, it's a best practice to isolate control plane nodes from user or compute workloads such as KubeVirt VirtualMachines. This issue tracks the addition of documentation that shows users how to prevent VMs from being scheduled on control plane nodes by leveraging Kubernetes node affinity rules.
