Provide a tool to ease the discovery of BaremetalHosts mac addresses

In the context of DHCP-less deployments, the baremetal hosts interface definitions should be provided before the inspection of BaremetalHosts, which is not always trivial, operators will either have to:

• Provide the interface names as they will be seen by IPA & OS to be provisionned.
• Or provide their mac addresses of the interfaces that should be used in the deployment.

We can help operators on the second option, as the mac-addresses can be retrieved via redfish interface. This is the scome of this issue.
