need to allow sylvaUnitsSource.type to be mutable

when trying to switch a SUR from git to OCI, I got this:

sylvaUnitsSource type is immutable

Changing the source type can be a legitimate use-case: we're going to generalize the use of OCI including by developers at some point, which imply that people may have to switch type.
