SUR Fails if namespace is not provided

While working on sylva-projects/sylva-core#2171 (closed) I faced the following error:

    - lastTransitionTime: "2025-03-05T16:53:16Z"
      message: 'Failed to reconcile sylvaUnitsRelease: failed to patch Namespace /:
        resource name may not be empty'

We should use current helmrelease namespace for management cluster.
