[CI] OSCAP jobs do not properly scan image

Noticed on recent jobs hardened OpenSUSE images are not properly scanned by OSCAP. Don't know if it's the patch pushed by @alain.thioliere or the recent rework done on the project but currently we do not have OSCAP reports for OpenSUSE.
