opensuse build is broken (dependency issue around tuned/busybox/virt-what)

in https://gitlab.com/sylva-projects/sylva-elements/diskimage-builder/-/pipelines/1871969040 (which was triggered today, on creation of 0.5.0 tag) all opensuse build-image jobs pipelines failed
