Issue on helm-schema-validation.sh sdandalone mode and Wrapper

By choice, The generate_json_schema python code is located oustide the Helm-toolbox container, so we need to call it into helm-schema-validation.sh during validation process.

In the same time, we need to create a wrapper in order to facilate helm/ linting tool usage
