Have release notes show only the last renovate update MR for a specific component

  this comes from a Slack suggestion from @cristian.manda when we were discussing the (great) output of this script in https://gitlab.com/sylva-projects/sylva-core/-/releases/1.1.1

  Maybe we should only keep the last upgrade MR for each component..

  If you think that would make sense, maybe around this section we could also have a parameter holding the length of the title and then if renovate label is also present and there are multiple MRs with the same title length, only take the last one

@loic.nicolle comments: Yes, ideally what I would like to have is something like: Update component from x.y.z to x.y.x but it's not easy to achieve.
