cross repo pipeline is not testing the correct sylva-toolbox version
When we start a cross repo pipeline for ci-image we override the CI_IMAGE parameter in Sylva-core but we don't override the sylva-toolbox version so in MR like !91 (merged) where we update the sylva-toolbox version the cross repo pipeline will use the temporary CI-IMAGE but will use the sylva-toolbox version defined in sylva-core
