Add global specific presets - including the default one

Once sylva-projects/sylva-elements/helm-charts/workload-team-defs!114 (merged) is merged, it will be possible to define global presets, including the default one providing Sylva source.

Therefore, it is necessary to create presets including the default one in the CI

Before this issue can be solved, the following MRs / issues must be solved:

• sylva-projects/sylva-elements/helm-charts/workload-team-defs!114 (merged) to define preset per team
• sylva-projects/sylva-core!6084 (merged) to define several preset
