While working on https://gitlab.com/sylva-projects/sylva-elements/sylvactl/-/merge_requests/551 I noticed that calico_readiness_unit evaluation in management.values.yaml sometimes based on non interpreted value of "_internal.state.is_upgrade" (the new engine was facing errors in that case). I haven't checked how it affects deployments, but it is worth fixing that issue anyway.
