Charts versions coming from rancher are not aligned with the rancher version

Details

This is not detected by renovate because of !1404 (merged). This MR was correct when we were still using rancher 2.7 but no longer correct with rancher 2.8. Rancher 2.8 versions must be the 103.x.x
