Update longhorn-node-annotation doc with capbr 0.2.0 capabilities
Summary
The capbr issue mentioned in https://gitlab.com/sylva-projects/sylva-core/-/blob/main/docs/longhorn-node-annotations.md?ref_type=heads&plain=0 has been fixed with the latest capbr v0.2.0 we merged in !1187 (merged)
#417 (closed) is going to test if it works accordingly. If it's ok, we'll need to update the doc.
