Use kube-score on the manifests dumped at the end of a deployment

Run a full kube-score at the end of a deployment, done nightly.

The results of a kube-score on a pipeline run for tagging shall be kept permanently to be provided along with a release note.

This can be done only once the current kubescore issues are fixed.
