Upgrade path 1.6 to 1.7: download_artifact kindest-node.yaml fails

In job mgmt-image-ref-report, the following statement breaks the CI in case of upgrade from 1.6 to 1.7:

download_artifact deploy-management-cluster .kindest-node.yaml

Details

We have introduced a new gitlab artifact .kindest-node.yaml saved during the bootstrap+mgmt clsuter deployment. This artifact is then downloaded in mgmt-image-ref-report job

This works fine in simple cluster deployment, but in case of upgrade from sylva 1.6 to 1.7, it breaks the CI:

  • initial deployment in 1.6 doesn't produce the artifact
  • upgrade is done to 1.7
  • mgmt-image-ref-report job tries to download the artifact which doesn't exist, this leads to CI failure

A fix must be applied on release-1.7 only, to ignore case where .kindest-node.yaml artifact doesn't exist

This shouldn't break future upgrade scenario, i.e 1.7 to 1.8..etc because artifact .kindest-node.yaml is created since 1.7 bootstrap step
