[backport-1.6]: Keycloak: Remove the patchs added by the keycloak-upgrade-db

A solution for issue #4154 (closed) needs to be backported to 1.6.x

This patch removal is good to have and the backport is needed to avoid misleading error traces which we saw at multiple places like:

• #4153 (closed)
• Not related to keycloak but similar misleading issue in the case of harbor here: #4233 (comment 3469005265) ( point of mentioning this issue here is to show that this issue is misleading)
