misc values for capm3 jobs not working

while working on the MR - !6211 (merged) , were trying to add the trident details in misc capm3 jobs but it seems capm3 misc jobs doesn't take values specified in misc-units-in-capm3.yml from CI deployment values

to Confirm, I checked the values in the nightly scheduled pipelines for capm3 and it seems the values specified in CI deployment values are not reflected in capm3 scheduled misc jobs, however it's working fine for capo misc.
