[release-1.5] thanos unit timing-out (CI failure)

in https://gitlab.com/sylva-projects/sylva-core/-/jobs/12201824394: thanos HelmRelease ready at 21:40:22Z , but sylvactl unit timed out at 21:40:34.609385 (we need one 1 minute margin because the Kustomization refreshes only every 1 minute)

was also seen before by @ader1990
