Revert workaround for SR-IOV operator-webhook certificate after fix is included in SR-IOV Suse edge charts

After all of these steps are completed:

• fix for SR-IOV operator-webhook certificate refresh will be part of a tag in upstream sriov-network-operator, meaning a tag after 1.6.0;
• Suse will include this new tag as part of sriov-network-operator use-edge chart;
• This new sriov-network-operator use-edge chart tag is part of sylva-core;

We would need to revert the Kyverno workaround applied which was implemented in order to mitigate impact of SR-IOV operator-webhook certificate expiration issue.
