Assign the grafanaadmin to the infra-admins group rather than to sylva-admin user
Summary
The grafanaadmin is currently assigned by default only to the sylva-admin user. It should rather be assigned to the infra-admins group which grants the same permission to sylva-admin, but also to all the users who will be member of the infra-admins group.
