Goldpinger-init should depends_on external-secret-operator (and probably sylva-ca)

Job #11349790034 failed for 2910674a:

 ExternalSecret/goldpinger/eso-sylva-ca dry-run failed: no matches for kind "ExternalSecret" in version "external-secrets.io/v1"

We can see that goldpinger-init takes a long time to reconcile due to the fact that CRD ExternalSecret is not yet present. This is due to goldpinger-init's depends_on, which should probably mention external-secrets-operator and sylva-ca.

Since many units "init" are similar, it would be worth taking a look at all of these units and checking their dependencies.
