[backport-1.4] Add healthCheckExprs to units producing cnpg clusters
Summary
We've observed in !5360 (merged) that current healthChecks on cnpg clusters were not accurate.
We should use healthCheckExprs instead in order to ensure that units producing cnpg clusters are properly reflecting the status of the underlying postgresql cluster.
