Mitigate service disruption caused by MetalLB lb-class - custom speaker image needed

Solution provided in issue is not fully functional, the changed file is also part of the Metallb speaker image, so we need also a custom image for the speaker.

Due to this, services BGP/ARP are not advertised by the speaker, leading to functionality issues.
