Upgrade KubeVirt Manager from v1.4.1 to v1.5.0

KubeVirt Manager is a UI-based tool for managing KubeVirt virtual machines. The current version deployed in the Sylva stack is v1.4.1. A new version, v1.5.0, is available and includes several improvements, bug fixes, and UI/UX enhancements.

Upgrade the deployed version of KubeVirt Manager from v1.4.1 to v1.5.0 in the Sylva to stay up to date with upstream improvements and ensure continued compatibility with newer KubeVirt APIs.
