KubeVirt VMs should be scheduled only on worker nodes

Currently, KubeVirt VirtualMachines can be scheduled on any available node, including control plane nodes. This is not ideal for production-grade environments where control plane and worker responsibilities should be strictly separated for stability and performance.

Proposed Solution: Implement node affinity or tolerations in the default VM spec template to ensure:

• VMs have an affinity or nodeSelector that matches only worker nodes.
• VMs do not tolerate control plane taints
