Improve the test of the firewall in CI
Summary
The collection of logs which capture the possible packet drops in CI is not reliable.
This issue is to use kubectl exec or kubectl debug node to collect the logs of the management and workload clusters and check if packets would have been dropped during the pipeline from these files
