Clean CI exception related to sylva 1.1.1

We maintain in our CI code multiples exception related to sylva release 1.1.1 I think we should clean them.

It's the same for the CI values, the specific values of the 1.1.1 prevent us to move many thing in common files instead of per version specific as many units were not present in 1.1.1

cc @marc.bailly1 to be decide when we could perform this cleanup
