Flux 2.5.x broke dev workflow

I think that the newer Flux source-controller is picky about 4.12.003 not being semver compatible.

We don't see this in "OCI" builds, because for OCI artifacts we precisely fix those tag and use semver-conformant ones (in our OCI build chain).
