Cleanup of oci option as it is enabled by default

After !3820 (merged) is merged, oci option is enabled by default in CI, we don't need to explicitly use it as an option in CI. We should clean it up where it is still mentioned to avoid the confusion like in https://gitlab.com/sylva-projects/sylva-core/-/blob/main/.gitlab/README.md?ref_type=heads#advanced-usage
