Too large user-data for a capo deployment

The context is a capo deployment with 2 CA certificates defined in oci_registry_extra_ca_certs.
The deployment doesn't succeed.
The error logs of the capo pods indicate that the server creations are rejected by the Openstack server because the uer-data is too large.
The user-data base64 is 139076 bytes large
A deployment with 1 CA certificate defined and the same other values succeeded
