Some Helm chart cannot be applied because of Rancher Ingress proxy-body-size is too small by default

Some Helm chart cannot be applied and get a 413 error status (Too Long).

The helm client sends its requests through the Rancher Ingress, towards the workload cluster, and the proxy-body-size of the Nginx Ingress is too small by default for some chart payloads (the default value seems to be 1 megabyte).

To avoid to react on a case-by-case basis, it would be good to increase the proxy-body-size for all deployments.
