Ignore latest image tag of neuvector-updater-pod and neuvector-scanner-pod in kube-score

Today, we are using latest image tag on a few neuvector components (neuvector/scanner:latest and neuvector/updater:latest). As observed under job 8622998342, kube-score will fail because the container of CronJob neuvector-updater-pod is using the latest image tag. Same will happen for the Deployment neuvector-scanner-pod

Taking this into consideration, we need to allow the latest image tag for these components and make kube-score ignore the tag on the containers.
