CI: (mgmt|wkld)-test-units failing on runs upgrading from Sylva 1.2

On CI pipelines testing upgrades from Sylva 1.2, the mgmt-test-units job fails because it tries to check the sylva-units-tests-status than cannot exist because the deploy step is done with Sylva 1.2 that does not have this code.
