Reduce execution time of debug on exit

Debug on exit script is dumping more and more stuff, we should try to optimize it to reduce is execution time

it take around 5minutes for the deploy management jobs and 8 minutes for the others jobs

If we take this pipeline as an example:

Total 110min deployment time, and 29min spent on the dump. It's around ~32%
