Publish list of auto tests available in CI and Sylva-units

We need to know what is tested on Sylva and the test coverage. For that, we would like to have:

• the list of tests run in CI with their description
• Sylva units dedicated to tests.

For example:

• Test name/job: login-test
• Description: tests the UI access on Rancher, keycloak, Vault, Flux, minio, Thanos, Grafana, Kubevirt, Prometheus, Harbor
• Test last result for different test cases (Capo, capm3, etc)

Update this lists at each auto test update. Automatically?

Where this list could be published? In Wiki?
