Test the updates of kubvirt VMs

As we've seen in this issue: #1780 (closed), test-vm are not properly configured fo

We should reconfigure VMs to properly support volume-migration

This will also be a good opportunity to create volumes from images using cdi dataVolumes, and test cdi unit in that path

We should also probably enable the VMLiveUpdateFeatures feature gate, and test the live-update of some VMs parameters during cluster update.
