Add attestation in sylva's CI jobs for SLSA compliance

Add to the CI the variable RUNNER_GENERATE_ARTIFACTS_METADATA: true

However, the variable should be defined at the group level to avoid modifying projects one by one, but there is an issue (see @loic.nicolle comments below)
