Make assisted installer to be able to use longhorn PVC

This is a continuation of !2654 (comment 2121243903).

It's confirmed that setting fsGroup:0 will make openshift assisted installer to be able use the longhorn PVC.

When the openshift-assisted-installer has tested the fix and released the image we will need to update the cabpoa and openshift-assisted-installer kustomization-units
