pause Thanos compactor during CAPI node rolling update
To avoid data replication activity for MinIO and Longhorn we should pause the Thanos compactor during node rolling updates, because it's likely to cause large amount of IOs that, at least in the Longhorn case, node need to catch up with after a rebuild.
