CI kyverno policy test is always in success

@stoub noticed here: https://gitlab.com/sylva-projects/sylva-core/-/jobs/7809451219 that our kyverno policy check is not working as expected. It correctly detect policies in FAIL/WARN/ERROR status but the job exit in success
