CI failure due to node drain failure due to harbor-postgres-primary
I looked at https://gitlab.com/sylva-projects/sylva-core/-/jobs/7680896032 with @marc.bailly1
The harbor-postgres-primary-0 PVC is still attached on node cp-2 and it seems that this is what prevents the node drain.
The pod using it is harbor-postrges-primary-0 and is in CrashLoopBackOff,
