Lack of pinning of golang-ci-lint container image
We observed on sylvactl repo that main started to fail the golang-ci-lint job overnight.

It seems likely to me that the reason is that we do not pin the container image used for linting: we use registry.hub.docker.com/golangci/golangci-lint:latest-alpine
