ship kubectl crust-gather with pre-defined safe configuration

(group discussion today in the french team - lead us to conclude this is a MUST HAVE)

We should ship https://github.com/crust-gather/crust-gather to benefit when:

• troubleshooting our CI, additionally to what we have in debug-on-exit (easy access to debug dumps via k9s or kubectl get)
• troubleshooting deployments

We'd need to:

• include this kubectl plugin in our toolbox
• include some pre-configuration or wrapper to make it easy to launch with relevant options (and what is needed to avoid dumping secrets)
