In Synchronize-Secret, the External-Secret "rancher-bootstrap-secret" (https://gitlab.com/sylva-projects/sylva-core/-/blob/main/kustomize-units/synchronize-secrets/rancher-bootstrap-secret.yaml) should be in a dedicated component (like Keycloak https://gitlab.com/sylva-projects/sylva-core/-/tree/main/kustomize-units/synchronize-secrets/components/keycloak)
