Save node installation logs in CI aritfacts

Summary

Node installation failures are hard troubleshoot in CI as it is hard to access to the machines.

It could be very valuable to have a tool that connects to the nodes and retrieves the content of syslog and cloud-init-output (at least) on each node at the end of the job, as these files usually provide good hints to understand installation failures.
